Hawthorne High School's School of Manufacturing & Engineering is a California Partnership Academy offering a 4-year pathway in manufacturing and engineering. Students follow the Project Lead The Way (PLTW) curriculum with courses in Introduction to Engineering Design, Principles of Engineering, and Computer Integrated Manufacturing.
The program features dual enrollment at El Camino College and industry partnerships with Boeing and Hadrian for internship opportunities. Recognized as both a PLTW Model School and an SME PRIME School for excellence in manufacturing education.
